Senior Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate marketing team
  • Oversee currently running marketing campaigns
  • Manage the marketing budget for the brand or product you handle, including planning, implementation and monitoring costs
  • Conduct market research and data analysis to understand consumer needs and find new market opportunities
  • Develop and supervise promotional programs and advertising campaigns to introduce brands or products to consumers.
  • Establish relationships with mass media and ensure that publications about your brand or product remain positive and profitable.

Requirements:

  • Currently aged 30–37 years old,
  • Bachelor’s degree, Have experience in FMCG/Building Material as a Manager for at least 2 years at marketing, branding and relevant fields
  • Have good analytical skills in conducting market research, monitoring brand performance, and analyzing consumer data
  • Creative and can generate ideas for marketing campaigns
  • Have good communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • Can lead and direct team members
  • Able to manage many projects at once and manage task priorities well
  • Placement in Jakarta
