Assistant Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production activities to meet production targets and standards.
- Control production parameters to ensure compliance with ISO and quality standards.
- Ensure optimal performance and reliability of production machinery.
- Analyze production issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency and quality.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant Engineering disciplines (minimum GPA 3.00/4.00).
- Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and teamwork skills.
- Good understanding of hydraulic systems and quality control processes.
- Experience in the ceramics manufacturing industry is a strong advantage.
- Physically fit, not color blind, not allergic to dust, and able to work in high-temperature environments.
- Willing to be place at Sidoarjo Plant.
