Assistant Supervisor Technic

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery and electrical systems.
- Analyze and resolve issues related to electrical and control systems.
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams and electrical schematics.
- Conduct PLC troubleshooting and basic programming.
- Ensure proper functioning of control panels, sensors, inverters, and automation systems.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or other relevant Engineering disciplines (minimum GPA 3.00/4.00).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing environments, particularly in machine and electrical systems.
- Hands-on experience with Omron PLC (programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance).
- Good knowledge of electrical control systems and basic automation.
- Experience in the ceramics manufacturing industry is a strong advantage.
- Willing to be place at Sidoarjo Plant.
