Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
- Monitor and analyze advertising performance based on key KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
- Conduct A/B testing to improve ad and content performance.
- Develop creative content ideas and prepare structured content plans/calendars.
- Manage social media accounts and ensure consistent daily content execution.
- Handle KOL/Influencer activities, including briefing, coordination, and performance evaluation.
- Analyze the performance of ads, content, and KOL campaigns.
- Prepare clear, concise, and easy-to-understand performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing.
- Proficient in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads (setup, optimization, and reporting).
- Good understanding of SEM and basic SEO (keyword research, on-page optimization, and SEO content).
- Familiar with digital advertising metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and multitasking skills.
- Communicative and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to be placed at Branch Jakarta.
