Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Monitor and analyze advertising performance based on key KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve ad and content performance.
  • Develop creative content ideas and prepare structured content plans/calendars.
  • Manage social media accounts and ensure consistent daily content execution.
  • Handle KOL/Influencer activities, including briefing, coordination, and performance evaluation.
  • Analyze the performance of ads, content, and KOL campaigns.
  • Prepare clear, concise, and easy-to-understand performance reports.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing.
  • Proficient in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads (setup, optimization, and reporting).
  • Good understanding of SEM and basic SEO (keyword research, on-page optimization, and SEO content).
  • Familiar with digital advertising metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and multitasking skills.
  • Communicative and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to be placed at Branch Jakarta.
