Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Coordinator
Surabaya
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure implementation of occupational health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Conduct safety inductions, training sessions, and HSE awareness programs.
- Perform regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Manage and coordinate P2K3 programs within the factory.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and SMK3 standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (HSE-related education is an advantage).
- At least 3 years of experience in HSE or Occupational Safety from manufacturing, preferably in ceramics/granite or building materials
- Possession of General Occupational Safety (K3 Umum) certification; SMK3 experience is an advantage.
- Skilled in conducting safety inductions and training
- Strong understanding of workplace safety technology and experience in safety control audits
- Experience managing P2K3 in factories with a minimum of 200 employees.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Willing to be place at Surabaya Plant.
