Merchandiser Staff

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular visits to all partner stores to ensure proper product distribution, stock availability, and display arrangement in accordance with company standards.
- Arrange, organize, and maintain product displays at store locations, including checking cleanliness, sample completeness, and product visibility.
- Ensure products are displayed attractively and are easily seen by customers.
- Support on-ground promotional activities, including preparation of promotional materials and ensuring event displays are executed as directed.
- Coordinate with store partners during promotional activities to ensure smooth execution.
- Provide feedback and basic reports on store conditions, stock, and display status.
Requirements:
- Minimum education level: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Merchandiser, preferably in the building materials retail industry.
- Communicative, agile, and physically fit to handle fieldwork.
- Willing to travel for business and work in a mobile role across multiple partner stores.
- Possess active Indonesian driving licenses (SIM A and SIM C).
- Able to drive both car and motorcycle.
- Willing to be placed at all Platinum Group branches.
