Showroom Staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist and serve customers visiting the showroom by providing informative and persuasive product explanations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions in a professional manner.
  • Arrange, maintain, and ensure the cleanliness and neatness of the showroom display area.
  • Support daily showroom operational and administrative activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth showroom operations and high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Experience in sales or marketing administration is preferred (experience in building materials industry is a plus).
  • Professional appearance with good communication and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Willing to be placed at Branch Jakarta and Semarang.
