Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media content strategies and calendars.
  • Manage and grow company social media channels, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to create relevant and impactful content.
  • Manage social media advertising, lead generation, and B2B campaigns
  • Analyze content performance and manage digital marketing budgets effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Social Media or Digital Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of content strategies for building materials (technical education, project showcases, and brand awareness) or B2B industries.
  • Proven experience in social media (instagram, linkedin, youtube) advertising and lead generation.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and technical teams
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate content performance and manage digital marketing budgets
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical mindset, and target-oriented.
  • Willing to be place at Branch Jakarta.
