Assistant Manager Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper distribution of product samples to partner stores in accordance with company standards.
- Monitor and control product display and visual merchandising implementation at partner outlets.
- Coordinate with internal teams and store partners to ensure merchandising execution runs smoothly.
- Evaluate merchandising effectiveness and provide improvement recommendations.
- Conduct regular store visits to maintain display consistency and product availability.
- Prepare reports related to distribution, display execution, and field activities.
- Support merchandising strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer experience.
Requirements:
- Maximum age 35 years old.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale).
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser, preferably in retail industries such as Furniture, Building Materials, or Fashion.
- Able to drive a car and possess a valid SIM A.
- Communicative, proactive, and fast learner.
- Willing to travel out of town or out of the island when required.
- Preferably domiciled in Semarang area.
- Willing to be placed at Branch Semarang.
