Coordinator Production

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise daily production activities from preparation of raw materials to final packaging.
- Ensure production processes run according to planned targets, efficiency standards, and quality requirements.
- Lead and manage production teams consisting of more than 50 employees to achieve optimal performance.
- Monitor and evaluate unit performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure the implementation of occupational health and safety (K3) standards within the production area.
- Coordinate corrective actions and performance improvements for production units experiencing decline.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant Engineering disciplines (minimum GPA 3.00/4.00).
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in leading large teams (more than 50 people).
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Background in production/manufacturing operations is required.
- Willing to work under performance-based targets.
- Willing to be placed at Gresik Plant.
