Production Manager
Gresik, Sidoarjo, Surabaya
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and supervising large-scale production operations involving teams of more than 300 employees.
- Ensure production processes run according to tight production schedules, quality standards, safety requirements, and Bill of Materials through ERP systems.
- Manage and control production costs including budgeting, spending management, cost saving initiatives, and overtime analysis using Pareto and DMAIC methods.
- Lead project-based improvement initiatives and support change management and organizational restructuring.
- Perform data-driven troubleshooting and performance analysis using RCA, Kaizen, and PDCA methodologies.
- Ensure optimal operation and reliability of production machinery including press machines, kiln/oven, conveyors, and packing/packer systems in a high-demanding environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing industry with proven experience handling teams of more than 300 people.
- Experience as Assistant Manager Production or Production Coordinator in manufacturing industry is welcome to apply.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing production processes; experience in ceramic, granite, or similar industries is a strong advantage.
- Accustomed to working in a high-demanding and fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Experienced in cost saving, budgeting, and production spending management.
- Experienced in change management and organizational restructuring.
- Willing to be placed at Jawa Timur Plant.
